1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Assis (“we”, “our”, “us”), an AI-powered content creation service. By accessing or using our platform, you (“user”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
- Assis provides AI-generated social media content for small businesses.
- Content is delivered in the form of posts, generated based on user inputs.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Pricing & Credits
- Assis operates on a credit system:
- €25 = 10 posts
- €50 = 25 posts
- Credits are consumed when generating posts.
- Credits are non-transferable.
- Refunds: Customers may request a refund for unused credits in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available for credits that have been used or have expired.
- Free trial: new users receive 5 free posts upon first registration.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy).
- We do not store payment details.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any inputs (e.g., property descriptions, business details).
- You retain full responsibility for how the generated content is used.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Assis platform, software, and design remain our intellectual property.
- Content generated for you using Assis is licensed to you for personal or business use without attribution requirements.
- You may not resell or sublicense the platform itself.
8. Cancellation & Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no guarantees regarding the results, accuracy, or availability of the service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of our service.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable EU legislation.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lisbon, Portugal.

13. Prohibited Content & Compliance
To ensure responsible and lawful use of Assis, users must not generate, upload, or distribute any content that falls under the following categories:
- Adult or sexually explicit material, including nudity, pornography, or erotic content
- Violent, gory, or graphic imagery
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic
- Illegal or regulated activities, including drugs, weapons, or human trafficking
- Misinformation, deceptive, or politically manipulative content
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or impersonated material without proper authorization
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent advertising
We use automated and manual moderation methods to identify and restrict such content.
If prohibited content is detected, it will be removed, and user accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund.
