Refund Policy– Assis

At Assis, we want every customer to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform.
1. Credit-Based Payments
- All payments are converted into credits which can be used to generate social media content through our platform.
- Credits are deducted only when a service is used (e.g. generating a post).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unused Credits – Customers may request a refund for the unused portion of purchased credits within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially Used Credit Packs – If some credits have been used, we will refund the value of the remaining, unused credits only.
- Expired Credits – Refunds cannot be issued for credits that have expired, as communicated at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@assis-ai.com and include:
- Reason for the refund request.
- Your order ID or Paddle / LemonSqueezy receipt,
- The email address used to make the purchase,
- Refunds will be processed through Paddle using the same payment method originally used.
4. Subscription Payments
- For recurring subscriptions, customers may cancel at any time via their account or through Paddle.
- If a subscription is canceled, unused credits remaining on the account will be refunded (subject to Section 2).
- Refunds for subscription renewals must be requested within 14 days of the renewal date.
5. Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days for card payments and 48 hours for PayPal, depending on the payment provider.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- Credits already used,
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the service,
- Requests made outside the eligible refund period.
7. Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
